Copy the folder to .claude/skills/outreach-review/ for Claude Code, or .agents/skills/outreach-review/ for Codex, inside your project.
Review a draft
Give it the message and what you actually know about the recipient. It never sends anything.
Keep your voice
It flags claims without evidence and asks for one next step; it does not rewrite you into an agency.
